My Journey
Hi, I’m Hayley.
I’m a Mum of two and certified Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
When I became a Mum, I had no idea how much it would affect not only my physical body and sleep, but also my routine, lifestyle, diet and ultimately my mental health. You put so much into looking after your new baby, that you seemingly have no time left to look after yourself.
Becoming a mum does get slightly easier as you gain experience and little ones start to get a bit older, but what I personally found extremely difficult was knowing how to rediscover my own identity and get my own health back on track. I needed to find a way to reestablish my routines, stop the bad eating habits and start exercising again. There was plenty of advice out there, but none of it was tailored to me, my body and my challenges and without the knowledge or support, I found it extremely difficult to do this.
So I decided to change my career, retraining to become a holistic health coach to offer Mums exactly this. I’ve created Hayley Tucker Health to offer tailored coaching and health plans to busy women with growing families. Empowering them with the personalised knowledge, guidance, confidence and support to retake control of their health and wellbeing, so that they are setup to achieve their goals despite the challenges life brings.

"You are the greatest project you'll work on. Restart. Reset. Refocus as many times as you need."

Hannah,
Greater Manchester
"Throughout the process, I never felt any pressure or judgment, and it was far from stressful. What I appreciated most was that the plan went beyond just food. Hayley adopted a holistic approach that considered my overall well-being. Hayley's guidance has significantly improved my quality of life, and I am incredibly grateful for her support. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for effective and compassionate nutritional advice."
Laura, Surrey
"Hayley was excellent at advising on nourishing foods to eat during my pregnancy and provided some great recipe ideas on high protein meals. It was brilliant to have the time and focus to reflect on my current eating habits and changing my carbohydrate intake from white to wholegrain has been a long-term revolutionary solution for our whole household!"
Amanda, Oxfordshire
"Full-time studying combined with raising a young family took its toll and I was lacking energy and generally feeling a bit meh! Sessions with Hayley really helped me to focus on what my aims were to support me to feel like myself again, and together come up with an achievable action plan to meet these."
