The Health MOT is for someone wanting to experience the benefits of working on their health in a supportive and nurturing environment. In 45 minutes, we will explore your health history to better understand your body and mind, identify your priority areas to improve your health and co-create a personalised plan towards a transformed you.

This is my signature program empowering you to become the expert in your own body and wellbeing. With these carefully planned, bespoke sessions, you will start making those changes for lasting wellness that you’ve been craving. You can gain control over your health and create a positive influence over your family’s wellbeing too in how you show up for them with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
